This equipment will be connected to the cabinet by two pipes of Dia 4” each in case of manual soldering.
The smoke is extracted through open pipe end fixed just near to soldering point. This avoids spreading of the fumes & smoke in the shop environment.
The extracted fumes & smoke pass through Pre-filter & Electrostatic filter cell and get filtered with high efficiency to exhaust clean & smoke-free air.
These filters are metallic plates charged with high voltage to attract smallest of the particles in the fumes and smoke.
These filters do not require any replacement and those can be washed and reused.
The exhaust air is clean and free from any fumes or smoke, thus need not be thrown outside the shop with additional ducting.
One such unit can cater to two operators. Commonly the system is placed below the soldering table.
