• Welding in booth: Higher capacity unit with single / double semi-rigid metallic suction pipe & fixed hood would be installed side-wise
• One unit can gather smoke / fumes from 2/3 welding stations.

This equipment will be connected to the cabinet by two pipes of Dia 4” each in case of manual soldering.

The smoke is extracted through open pipe end fixed just near to soldering point. This avoids spreading of the fumes & smoke in the shop environment.

In machining processor almost every CNC / high-speed machining process generates a lot of coolant mist / fumes in the shop environment. FILTER-ON M-02 units are specially designed to take care of this problem. This unit consists of a blower-motor and electrostatic precipitator type filter.

Present users of conventional clean room HVAC systems invariably face the following limitations
